Dromos
Formation, the whole of life

A Word to Church Leaders
The People in Your
Congregation Who Are Hungry.
Dromos is a formation environment built for the spaces where your people already lead, designed to send them back to you more whole. It is not, and will not become, a church program.
δ
The Person We Both Know
Faithful on Sunday. Divided the rest of the week.

You have them in your congregation. Engaged, faithful on Sunday. They can describe the Gospel clearly, they serve, they give. But when Monday comes, faith occupies one compartment while work, leadership, and daily life run by their own logic.

They are hungry, not resistant. They have not yet found the structure, or the community, where the formation they sense they need actually becomes possible. Your preaching reaches them; your programs may not be the right container.

What Dromos Is
Formation in Native Environments

Dromos forms believers in the environments where they already have credibility and relationships: gyms, training facilities, boardrooms, coaching staffs. Small discipleship cohorts of 6 to 10 people meet over 12 to 18 months, working through what it looks like for faith to reach the actual texture of their daily work.

The organizing conviction comes from James 1:22: "Be doers of the word, and not hearers only." The formation Dromos provides is designed to make that verse visible in the ordinary hours of the week, not on Sunday morning alone.

"Following Jesus must become visible on an ordinary afternoon, in an ordinary parking lot. That visibility is integrity."
How It Complements the Church
We Form Them Where You Cannot Reach

Dromos is not a replacement for the church, but a formation environment that reaches people in a context the church, by design, does not occupy. We go to the gym and the office park. We form people there, alongside others who share their world, and we return them to your community.

Mature Dromos participants become trained facilitators, which means the formation multiplies without multiplying your staff or programming overhead. The people you send to Dromos come back equipped to serve and lead at a different level.

Primary Environments
Sport, coaches, athletes, and the adults who run youth sports programs across the Northwest Metro
Wellness & Fitness, trainers, gym owners, and coaches with sustained relationships built into their daily work
Entrepreneurship, founders and business leaders whose decisions form the culture of their teams
The Multiplication Model

Every Dromos cohort is designed to produce formed individuals and potential facilitators alike. Participants who complete the full formation process can be trained to lead future cohorts. This means the work scales through people, not through institutional infrastructure, which is exactly how the early church moved.

The Dromos Basketball Program is the first concrete expression of this model: athlete development rooted in faith across three phases (Foundation, Development, Refinement), forming skill, character, and faith through the same hours, by the same people, in the same room.

An Invitation

Dromos is in its founding stage, philosophy established, mission clear, first environments defined. We are looking for church leaders who see the same gap and want to send people into a formation process that returns them more whole.

We would welcome a conversation about how Dromos might serve the people already in your care.
